The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) is on the lookout for a driven, highly organised individual to help deliver the equine and livestock content for one of the UK’s leading agricultural shows. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of something special! About the Role: Working closely with our Equine and Livestock Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in organising and delivering all aspects of the competitions at the Royal Norfolk Show. From liaising with exhibitors, judges, and commentators, to ensuring that the event runs smoothly and prize money is distributed. You’ll be integral to the seamless operation of the show’s equine and livestock competitions. What you’ll be doing: Assisting in the planning, organisation, and delivery of equine and livestock competitions at the Royal Norfolk Show. Managing bookings and coordinating professionals such as judges and commentators. Supporting the processing of competition entries, prize distribution, and financial oversight. Contributing to the wider activities of the RNAA, including the Rare Breeds Animal Farm and NORMAC machinery competitions. Working with key stakeholders across the agricultural sector, always with a professional and positive attitude. Who we’re looking for: This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the agricultural and equine world. You'll need: A can-do, positive attitude and the ability to be a team player. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively with a diverse range of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Desirable skills: Experience in event planning or agricultural shows. Knowledge of equine and livestock sectors. A passion for food, farming, and the countryside. Why join us?
