Ben Pauling Racing are looking for full time Barn Manager for the new season.
We are looking for someone to take on the responsibility of managing and running their own barn of 20 horses within this Festival and Grade 1 winning team now based at our brand new purpose built yard in the heart of the Cotswolds.
You will oversee the 20 horses in your barn, provide basic veterinary care, report daily to the Head Lass, manage a small team of staff within your barn and carry out general racing duties including riding fit racehorses.
This is a great opportunity to earn a first class salary with added bonuses and pool money throughout the season. There is accommodation available to the right person.

5.5 day weeks, 6am - 5pm with 12.30pm-3pm off daily. Work one in three weekends.
