Data and Resource Coordinator for The Changing Lives Through Horses Programme
Salary: £23,000 per annum

Location: Our office is based near Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, and we’re typically working from there 2-3days a week with flexibility to work remotely. You’re also welcome to work in the office more frequently.
Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week – with an early finish on a Friday! We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we’re happy to discuss.
Changing Lives Through Horses is an alternative education programme delivered by our professional coaches in approved BHS riding centres, working with children and young people who may be disengaged from education and who may have special educational needs. The programme has grown exponentially over the last 3 years and is now delivered in over 136 centres across the UK with 1500 children and young peope enrolled in the programme last year.
Position:
To provide resource coordination, data management and administration support to the Changing Lives Through Horses Programme. necessary for the recruitment process.
Requirements:
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating, processing and analysing CLTH participant and centre data
Coordinating programme stock and resources and fulfilling orders from our centres
Supporting CLTH centres with data returns
Responding to programme enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Providing administration support across the programme, including financial processes
Working closely with the CLTH team to facilitate the success of the programme
