Dressage Trainer Opportunity at Türkiye Equestrian Foundation The Türkiye Equestrian Foundation is currently seeking skilled and passionate Dressage Trainers for contract positions lasting between 3 to 12 months. This is a unique opportunity to work in two of Turkey’s most prestigious cities: the vibrant capital, Ankara, and the renowned tourist hub, Antalya. Job Description: As a Dressage Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training to riders of advanced competitors. You will work closely with riders to develop their skills, prepare them for competitions, and ensure that both horse and rider achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Conducting dressage training sessions tailored to individual and group needs. Developing customized training programs based on the rider's goals and abilities. Preparing riders and horses for local and national competitions. Monitoring the progress of each rider and adjusting training techniques accordingly. Ensuring the well-being and proper care of horses during training sessions. Collaborating with other trainers and staff to maintain a positive and productive training environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Dressage Trainer with a strong track record in training and competition. In-depth knowledge of dressage techniques, horse care, and rider development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate riders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish is a plus but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in dressage training and equestrian sports are preferred.
