Position Summary:
You will be our in-house E-Commerce expert, managing all aspect of our websites and ecommerce platforms. With strong data management and Excel skills, you’ll handle pricing updates, new product listings, implement new features, and identify growth opportunities. Basic SEO knowledge is essential to enhance visibility. We’re looking for someone with e-commerce experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commercial mindset. If you’re analytical, proactive, and eager to make an impact, this role offers a great opportunity to grow with the business.
You will also be responsible for dispatching customer orders, deal with returns and handlings sales requests through online chat options
Being part of a small business you will be expected to share the load of general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as our in-house website and EPOS system expert – from creation of new items, ensuring activation/deactivation of products to keep stock fresh, troubleshooting when things aren’t right
· Fully responsible for web orders; pick, pack, dispatch and processing returns.
Maintain and update website content, including product pages, regularly reviewing product pricing, promotional banners, size guides, and lifestyle imagery, to improve the overall shopping experience and streamline navigation
Track website functionality, analyse performance and manage website improvements.
Execute content uploads for seasonal promotions, product launches, and category updates
Work closey with web developers (hosting platforms) to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless customer transactons
Being the first point of contact for all Customer Enquiries – including phone, email and our online chat facility.
Other General Shop/Office Duties as and when required
Competencies required:
· Some Equine Industry experience or knowledge essential
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to liaise across departments.
· Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and being prepared to support a small office based team.
Desirable but not essential
· We would welcome candidates who have a knowledge for social media; creating reels, stories and tik toks with knowledge of editing software.

Pay: £22,880.00-£32,000.00 per year
