We are seeking an E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to maintain the website, to optimise its performance, and take to market with effective marketing strategies, whilst collaborating across teams to align campaigns. This exciting role is perfect for an experienced ecommerce candidate with a knowledge of paid campaigns and confidence in social media. Our aim is to drive brand growth, strengthen our positioning in the market, to engage both new and existing customers and to build lasting loyalty. You will have autonomy over the look and feel of the website and responsibility to maintain an easy to navigate site. Job Description Website Maintenance & Management: Oversee and manage the website to ensure optimal performance, customer engagement, and conversion, continuously enhancing user experience and digital touchpoints including product pages, promotional banners, lifestyle imagery and product information. Brand Marketing: Producing your own marketing schedule; enhancing presence in both local and national markets and maintaining strong brand positioning. Being able to produce omni platform marketing content including reels, posts and email marketing campaigns. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Colne Saddlery. Crafting seasonal narratives to align with product launches, built around strong product and brand storytelling. Lead Generation & Conversion: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer leads and optimise conversion rates across both digital and offline channels. Reporting & Optimisation: Monitor and report on campaign performance, driving continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness and customer experience. Knowledge Bank: Being the point of contact for all stakeholders of the business, able to assist with all aspects of the website and EPOS system, assisting with general office duties and answering general enquiry calls. Desirable Experience Digital Marketing & PPC: Manage online customer acquisition – SEO, PPC, GA4, Meta Ads, focusing on conversion rate, ROI, customer engagement and branding, ensuring the website and digital presence remain competitive. The ideal candidate will bring: Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with experience working across several brands Candidates must be competent using various IT & digital marketing platforms including Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, META, GA4, Salesfire experience preferred but not essential. A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve and grow, but also able to role up your sleeves and assist with other duties where required to muck in with the team. Excellent communication skulls, both written and verbal, with an ability to liaise across departments. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies. This is an office based post, candidates must reside within commutable distance of Bourton on the Water. This position can be full or part time to suit the ideal candidate. Candidates must be familiar with the Equine Industry.
