Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and Head of Ecommerce, you will have a significant impact on our expansion, with a specific focus on helping us deliver an amazing ecommerce experience. We offer extensive training and career progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities Maintenance of B2C websites including updating products, content pages and homepages. Merchandising the website, choosing the best imagery and graphics to promote the brand. Supporting the launch of marketing campaigns, new product launches, seasonal launches, and the addition of new functionality onto the websites. Taking partial ownership of the customer experience for both our B2B and B2C websites, suggesting opportunities to improve and helping to implement them. Requirements A passion for horses and the equestrian world is essential. Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or sales is preferred but not essential. Ambition. This is a rapidly growing business, and we want staff that can grow with us. You must be a technology friendly person, and comfortable working with software systems.
