Education Administrator Full Time

Salary: £21,500 per annum

Location: Our office is based near Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, and we’re typically working from there 2-3days a week with flexibility to work remotely. You’re also welcome to work in the office more frequently.
Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week – with an early finish on a Friday! We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we’re happy to discuss.
Position:
To contribute to the success of the Education Department through the administration of BHS assessments, Challenge Awards and Accredited Professional Coaches.
Requirements:
What you’ll be doing:
Dealing and processing telephone and email enquiries
Administrating BHS assessments against quality assurance compliance with regulatory bodies
Taking payments in a secure and GDPR manner
Providing administrative support for the whole Education department
Submitting candidate results to our awarding body
Assisting the Education Team Manager and department as required
What you won’t be doing:
Doing the same job day in day out
Looking for tasks to fill your day
Working on your own

You have a high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Have excellent communication skills
Have a good work ethic and the ability to see a task through to completion
Have experience in a customer service facing role
