We are looking for an enthusiastic, thorough and friendly member of staff to join our retail sales team. You will be working with a team that offer knowledge and advice to customers in an equestrian retail environment. An understanding and interest in horses is necessary in order to offer professional customer service. You will be serving & loading customer vehicles and there is potential to be trained in riding hat, body protector and riding boot fitting.

Job Roles:
• Assisting customers with purchases in store
• Giving knowledgeable advice to customers
• Operating of stock systems
• General shop duties such as stock taking, order management, tidying etc
• Telephone operating
This job would suit: As the role requires an amount of product knowledge this job would suit someone with horses (either owning a horse or with previous equine experience) who would like to work in a busy and expanding business with opportunities for growth. It would also suit someone with a passion for selling quality products they believe in and enjoys customer relations. Must also be fit and able to lift bags of feed & bedding.
You will be working in a team in a busy rural shop environment.
Working Hours:
Permanent position. 36-38 hours per week to include one weekend day.
