Equine-assisted Facilitator

This is a part time on-site role for an Equine-assisted Facilitator at HORSES FOR CAUSES in the Greater Leicester Area. The facilitator will be responsible for conducting equine-assisted therapeutic sessions, developing treatment plans, working with clients and horses, and documenting progress. The role involves providing emotional support, facilitating communication, and promoting personal growth through interactions with horses. Qualifications Equine-assisted Therapy, Counseling 9s preferred Experience working with both clients and horses Strong understanding of mental health and emotional well-being Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to empathize and connect with clients Knowledge of equine behavior and care Certification in Equine-assisted Therapy or related field preferred
