Impactful Work: Support the therapeutic programs that help children and young people thrive. Dynamic Environment: Enjoy a variety of tasks from grooming and feeding to maintaining the farm’s cleanliness and safety. Your Role: Animal Care: Groom, feed, and care for our horses, ponies, and other farm animals. Farm Maintenance: Keep our stables and farm clean and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your co-workers to ensure smooth farm operations. Safety First: Maintain health and safety standards, participate in training, and ensure the security of the farm. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience working with horses and ponies. Team Player: Ability to work well with others and handle pressure. Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including public holidays. Physical Fitness: Good health and a current driving license. Bonus: Experience in therapeutic horsemanship and working with children with social and emotional support needs is a plus!
