This post is for someone with experience of horses and of working with children and young people with special educational needs. Ideally you will be a graduate but life experience and attitude to children is equally important. Initially temporary but very likely to be made permanent to the right candidate. Mostly term time working but some work needed during school holidays for holiday scheme.
You will be working one to one with children to support their emotional and educational development. Training will be provided for the right person as we take staff development very seriously. This is an outdoor job and applicant must be physically fit and emotionally resilient as the children can have challenging behaviour.
We take safeguarding very seriously and all applicants must provide references which will be taken up before interview. The successful candidate will have an enhanced criminal check carried out.
