Responsibilities

As a Marketing Apprentice at Pure Feed, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that promote their pure and nutritionally superior horse feed products through digital channels and their supported rider network. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, nutrition, operations), you will deliver a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy.
You will learn:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
• Create compelling and authentic social media content across various platforms
• Create engaging monthly newsletters
• Run highly targeted paid ad campaigns
• Build and nurture relationships with equestrian influencers and Pure Feed ambassadors Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships
• Analyse the performance metrics of marketing campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing, infusing fresh and innovative ideas into the team.
Personal Qualities
• An interest in the equine industry
• Have completed a qualification in a creative subject
• Driven to learn and develop
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting persuasive and informative content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, driving informed decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
• Strong organisational skills, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Driving licence and own car (due to location)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite
Multi Channel Marketer Training
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:
• Brand management
• Content creation, SEO and utilising AI
• Online and offline marketing, including Google Ads certification
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated provider, and also hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
The training is delivered using a hybrid model and can be delivered fully remotely if needed. You will have monthly 1-2-1s with your assigned tutor, along with monthly group sessions, where one topic will be covered in detail, and you will have the opportunity to meet and work with all the other apprentices on the course.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded digital marketer. You will learn in detail about:
• Principles of Marketing
• Social media
• Brand management
• Creating content
• Evaluating and reviewing campaigns
• Paid media (PPC) and much more
These modules are designed to jump-start your career and make you stand out in an increasingly competitive field, boosting your future earning potential.
