Equine Nutrition Advisor

We are a family-owned business with customer satisfaction our primary concern. Feedmark is based in a lovely rural setting on the Norfolk / Suffolk boarder. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Equine Nutrition Advisor to provide support in both departments to help maintain the high standard of marketing and nutritional advice that we provide. This is a full-time, office-based position. Key responsibilities: Marketing: assist the marketing manager with content creation i.e., writing nutritional articles and advice pieces, assisting with managing our social media channels, identifying areas for business development and other marketing related activities Nutrition: provide support to the Registered Nutritionist which will include providing nutritional and product specific advice to customers, writing nutritional articles, product development, quality control, and other nutrition related tasksAnswer and take phone calls in a professional and courteous Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills Proficient in typing and computer skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Interest in marketing with previous experience preferred Experience in or a good understanding of equine nutrition.
