Rehoming is one of our equine welfare commitments, forming a key arm in Welfare Impact and Sustainability. Our successful rehoming scheme reflects our dedication to both fosterers and equines. Providing every opportunity for equines to find a new home in loving foster care, which in turn provides space for rescued equines.

As a Rehoming Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects relating to rehoming equines under our Friends for Life/Perfect Partners rehoming scheme and ensure all aspects of the scheme are delivered with excellence and professionalism. Applicants should have significant equine experience and ideally at least two years management experience, as well as a good level of IT skills and excellent communication and organisational skills.

This is a full time role at 37.5 hours per week, salary Grade 3b (actual £40,180 - £43,405 per annum).

The charity was founded in 1968 by one man, Mr Peter Hunt and has grown over the years, now employing around 150 employees, who share his legacy and the vision; a world where every horse has a life worth living.
