The Opportunity:

Assisting the Lancaster Depot team, your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and maximising sales opportunities through high levels of customer service and knowledge
• Working in a retail sales environment processing cash and credit transactions
• Acting as a key contact in coordinating equine orders at the depot
• Building customer relationships, dealing with all equine and agri product related queries in a timely manner
• Supporting colleagues with equine product knowledge and stock-related matters as part of promotional campaigns within the depot
• Providing a first class service in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
• Utilising the CRM function to increase sales activities at customer level
• Continuously developing your knowledge on agricultural products, specifically equine products

The Person:

The successful person:
• Strong equine knowledge and an agricultural background (preferable)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
• Professionally supports customers’ needs
• Preferably holds a RAMA qualification (training provided for the right candidate)
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges as part of the role
• Able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
