To learn more visit: .uk/careers/uk-careers/why-great-place-work THE POSITION As a Territory Manager for the South-West of England within our Equine team, your role will be to take advantage of the many opportunities the territory has to offer in order to grow sales of our portfolio of highly regarded and innovative products, whilst working with the wider teams to deliver objectives defined in a Territory plan. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, agile, resilient, tenacious and able to build strong relationships with key external stakeholders. The candidate should also be capable of having both strategic business and clinical discussions with the customer. This role will include both virtual and face-to-face meetings with customers following the customer's needs. The successful applicant would need to live on the territory. Broadly the territory covers the SW of England including parts of Gloucestershire, along the M4 corridor into Oxfordshire and Berkshire and to the M3 in the east. TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES • Achieve sales targets led by a strategic Territory plan focusing on customer segmentation and targeting • Drive a high level of customer service/contact and promote the company, its products and activities at all levels within the marketplace. • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring territory market trends, competitor products & customer needs and include these in the Territory plan • Develop business relationships with key stakeholders & ensure a high level of support and promotion of BI products. • Work with the wider Equine team to achieve profitable growth in the targeted customer segments REQUIREMENTS • Educated to degree level or equivalent • Equine sales experience and market knowledge is preferable • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong influencing skills • Strong analytical skills • Driven to succeed in achieving sales targets WHY BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM?
