We are looking for a team member to join our administrative office based team. The role will include, but not be limited to, a variety of tasks including:
Supporting our team of 9 vets Organising the clinic and ambulatory diary efficiently Taking phone calls and client queries in a fast paced environment. Booking pre purchase examinations. Processing and sending lab samples and results. Uploading and sending diagnostic images. Ordering office supplies and resources. Preparing prescriptions for clients and vets. Taking payments face to face and over the phone. Liaising with the nursing team.
The successful person will:
Be friendly, professional and confident dealing with clients both over the phone and in person. Work well in a team with the ability to use their own initiative where required. Consistently pay close attention to detail Have excellent punctuality and time management skills Have the ability to multi-task.
There will be progression opportunities for the right candidate.
Veterinary equestrian experience desired but not essential.
