Equine Veterinary Administrator
We are looking for a hard working, ambitious individual to join our team at Lower House Equine Clinic.
The role requires excellent administrative skills, customer service experience and a passion for the veterinary industry. Equine experience is essential and we will not be able to consider applications without this.
The typical day involves being the first point of call to our clients on the phone, supporting our clinical team with administration and organisation, arranging appointments, managing client accounts, dispensing medication, inputting veterinary data and general administration. A veterinary background would be advantageous, but training can be given
We are a small friendly hard working team who strive for excellence in equine veterinary care, and our new team member will play a key role in assisting with this
Studying alongside this role is actively encouraged and our new team member will be enrolled onto the veterinary receptionist award training as a minimum.
We are able to consider a part time applicant (min of 2 days per week 08:30-5:30) or a full time applicant. Please state on the application whether you are applying a full or part time role.
Part time days available: Monday, Thursday, Friday
