We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as an Equine Veterinary Receptionist at Bell Equine Veterinary Clinic.
Location: Mereworth, Maidstone, Kent
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday ranging between the hours of 08.00 – 18.00. There may be a requirement to cover a rota for weekend shifts.

About The Role
Day-to-day duties of the role will include:
Answering phones and booking appointments
Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
Registering new clients
Completing insurance forms
Taking payments
And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
What We're Looking For In Our Equine Receptionist
Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
Familiarity or experience with horses preferred
Due to our location, your own transport is essential
Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
An excellent communicator with strong empathy
Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
