Equine Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as an Equine Veterinary Receptionist at Bell Equine Veterinary Clinic. Location: Mereworth, Maidstone, Kent Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday ranging between the hours of 08.00 – 18.00. There may be a requirement to cover a rota for weekend shifts. About The Role Day-to-day duties of the role will include: Answering phones and booking appointments Responding to queries via phone, in person and email Registering new clients Completing insurance forms Taking payments And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice What We're Looking For In Our Equine Receptionist Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
