Head Person

Due to unforeseen circumstances Henry Daly requires a Head Person to join the team with immediate effect. The position involves managing a 40 horse yard along with youngstock and to supervise our team of staff. Previous experience of a leadership role is advantageous. The successful candidate will be required to communicate with and manage staff, and have the knowledge to be in charge of all aspects of racehorse care in the yard including feeding and medication. A good rider preferred. A keen eye for detail is required along with good communication skills, enthusiasm, ambition and a hard-working attitude. Excellent salary, benefits and bonuses.
