What Are you passionate about equestrianism and making a positive impact on people's lives? RDA is now seeking a dedicated Head Instructor who plays an important role in ensuring the success of our operations and programs. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an organisation that believes in the potential of every individual, regardless of their abilities. We're looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: • Minimum of a BHS Stage 3 Coach in Complete Horsemanship certificate or equivalent qualification. • At least 10 years of relevant equestrian experience, especially in therapeutic riding. • A background in Equine Facilitated Learning or a willingness to become certified. • Extensive experience with riding school level horses. • Strong knowledge of horse management, care, and training suitable for RDA lessons. • Fluency in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in spoken Cantonese as a plus. • Demonstrates integrity, trustworthiness, dependability, and accountability. • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about making a difference. • Excellent team player and team builder. • Less experience will also be considered.
