Responsibilities:
- Educate equestrian students on proper riding techniques, horse care, and stable management
- Develop training programs tailored to individual riders' skill levels and goals
- Provide guidance and support during equestrian activities and competitions
- Ensure the safety of both riders and horses during training sessions
- Maintain a clean and organised equestrian facility
Requirements:
- Previous experience in equestrian sports coaching or instruction
- Strong knowledge of various riding disciplines and training methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students and their families
- Ability to assess riders' abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Passion for working with horses and helping riders achieve their full potential
Job Types: Part-time Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £7.00-£15.00 per hour
