About the Role We are seeking an outgoing and creative Marketing Assistant to manage our social media channels, grow our community, and help expand our global reach. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and variety, with occasional travel required to exhibitions, events, and equestrian yards. Key Responsibilities • Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media operations, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring the brand’s tone and voice are consistently reflected. • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries across platforms. • Performance Monitoring: Analyse and report on content performance and social media trends to inform future strategies. • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for channel growth, audience engagement, and increased traffic. • Influencer & Ambassador Management: Work closely with Albion’s ambassadors and influencers to create compelling joint content, nurture partnerships, and expand our reach. • Event Marketing: Attend stay-away exhibitions and create marketing strategies to ensure event success. • Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the company website, including adding new products, updating stockist information, and refreshing imagery to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence. • Trend Research: Stay informed on social media trends, tools, applications, and algorithm updates to ensure Albion remains ahead of the curve. About You • Strong storytelling skills to make technical content engaging and relatable. • Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing audiences on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Skilled in video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing content tailored to each platform. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Keen attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality content. • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. • Confidence and expertise in equestrianism, with a solid understanding of best practices in the saddlery industry. • Experience maintaining and updating websites (Wordpress desirable), including product and content management. • A BA or equivalent in Marketing is preferred. • A UK driving licence and access to a car is essential, as travel to the factory, events, and yards will be required.
