We are looking for two highly organised and proactive Membership Services Administrators to join our Membership Services Team. This role is essential for providing a high level of administrative support, fostering excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with RDA Member Groups, Accessibility Mark Centres, volunteers, participants, and the public across the UK.
This role will focus on supporting the Membership Services Manager and wider Membership Services and RDA Teams.
Specific Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls to the RDA National Office, providing professional responses and escalating enquiries as needed.
Monitor shared email inboxes, respond to external and member queries, and forward issues to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
Track and analyse recurring queries to ensure guidance remains relevant and effective; share insights with the Membership Services Manager.
Assist the Membership Services Manager with project-specific tasks, providing active support on live projects.
Maintain Salesforce (CRM) records to ensure data accuracy, quality, and privacy.
Update Membership and related information on the MyRDA intranet, ensuring it is accurate and accessible.
Support the Safeguarding Officer with the administration of training courses, ensuring timely certification for attendees.
Provide guidance for new RDA groups, mergers, closures, and assist with the RDA Annual Returns and Insurance/Membership fee processes.
Manage orders for RDA Member Groups, coordinating stock maintenance, in-house printing, and liaising with suppliers.
Handle complaints following RDA’s Complaints Policy, escalating issues when necessary.
Administer the Under the Radar Project, supporting RDA’s work with the RAF Low Flying Register.
Provide proactive administration and support for these centres.
Support Royal visits and other RDA UK events, and visit RDA Groups as needed to strengthen relationships.
Welcome visitors to the RDA National Office and ensure appropriate resources are available for staff.
Oversee incoming and outgoing post, manage mailouts, and monitor office supplies.
Engage with RDA Groups, promoting achievements, listening to concerns, and providing guidance on the support RDA National Office can offer.
Support the National Championships and other RDA events, contributing to a positive experience for participants and volunteers.
