Ride High is seeking an experienced driver to join our driving team.

Ride High is a registered charity based in Milton Keynes which aims to help disadvantaged children and those having difficulties in their daily lives, by giving them the opportunity to learn to ride and look after horses and ponies. There is evidence that for children who are angry, hurt, upset, lonely or underprivileged, contact with horses can have highly beneficial effects.

Ride High is seeking an experienced driver to join our driving team. The successful applicant must be enthusiastic, trustworthy and enjoy working with children. This is a part-time/term time only role that consists of driving Ride High members to the centre and home again after their session has finished.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

The appropriate candidate must:
• Hold a clean UK driving license with D1 entitlement.
• Be open to having a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take part in a test drive to assess their suitability for the position and demonstrate previous experience of driving and working with children.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week

Licence/Certification:
• Clean UK driving license with D1 entitlement (required)
