Salary: £40,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 (37.5 hrs per week)
Remote Work: Not available

Key Responsibilities
• Office & Team Management
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a high-performing and professional environment.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels, manage workloads, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Promote a positive, collaborative culture that aligns with Premier Equine’s commitment to excellence.
• Customer Service & Order Fulfilment
• Supervise the Customer Service team, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer support.
• Allocate orders according to priority and monitor ‘Sales@’ emails, ensuring swift and high-quality responses.
• Maintain performance targets, quality control, and best-practice procedures.
• Administrative & Operational Duties
• Complete daily performance sheets and time sheets.
• Create month-end stock reports and review shipping invoices.
• Place and process trade purchase orders, including setting up new trade accounts.
• Assist with vendor management and maintain system compliance with external partners.
• Uphold rigorous Health & Safety standards.
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong Equestrian Knowledge: A deep understanding of equestrian products, practices, or industry context.
* Proven Experience: A track record of success in office management, ideally within a large or fast-paced environment.
* E-Commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify (or similar platforms) is a bonus.
* Organisation Guru: Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with strong IT skills.
* Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, guiding them toward shared objectives.
* Adaptable & Proactive: A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with the flexibility to pivot as business needs evolve.
* Meticulous Eye: Attention to detail to ensure procedures are followed and standards remain consistently high.
