About the Role: As quality analyst, you will manage in partnership with the innovation project manager the overall accountability for quality of Horseware products. Review factory evaluations, work with overseas QA teams with vendor on boarding, and certification while supporting Global Sourcing team goals of high quality and on time delivery. In addition, you will be proactive, solution oriented, display a strong sense of urgency and have the ability to build strong cross functional partnerships with Product Development, Production, Quality and Mills/Vendors. You will own the quality of Horseware, including both the process and end product. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for policies, procedures and standards that drive continuous improvement of product quality assurance. Maintain and create SOP’s that drive consistent, high quality processes. Oversee quality in Distribution Centres and Internal Testing Lab. Work cross functionally to provide leadership, direction, and guidance by understanding regulatory, customer and internal Horseware quality requirements. Audit vendors and second party processes to ensure they meet internal requirements and regulatory standards. Manage vendors for factory audits and inspections. Ensure manufacturing and finishing processes are on-schedule and support product release dates. Assist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause, or contribute to, deviations from planned/expected outcomes and develop corrective action plans to address issues. Ensure product safety and testing through third-party testing labs to maintain an elevated level of quality assurance. Collaborate with the Supply Chain department to understand challenges and pain points in the supply chain and develop and execute plans to address ongoing issues and concerns with suppliers and Innovation Project Manager. About you: Extensive knowledge of fabric, testing, construction, and manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Degree, preferred in textile technology/ quality analysis. Experience in leading a QA team and in collaborating with QA team in overseas office. 3-5 years of experience in the garment industry with strong QA and factory production background. Good understanding of Testing Methodologies, experience in overseeing Testing lab Technical expert with excellent understanding in manufacturing operations Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with role and experience.
