Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact to our clients and therefore will act as an ambassador for our company. You will need to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including answering phone calls, making appointments, taking payments, filing, handling and redirecting mail, package medications, organising the vets schedules. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while helping to streamline office operations. The ability to multitask is essential and flexibility is a plus. Ultimately will be required to assist the rest of the practice team to ensure a high standard of service is provided to our clients. Experience 1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred) also equine knowledge would be an advantage.
