We’re on the lookout for a brilliant person to join our team, taking the lead in our retail shop and helping to develop our online store.
For the right person this is a hugely exciting opportunity, with the chance to really help shape the retail offering to our customers.
Working in our new purpose built, stand-alone, retail shop at Stag Lodge 2, the Retail Manager will be responsible for;
Running the shop day-to-day dealing with customer enquiries and helping to find the product that is right for them
Working alongside our equestrian brands on stock orders, new products and seasonal highlights
Helping to develop and establish our online shop
Creating and capturing content for our website, online store, monthly newsletter and social media channels
Spotting commercial opportunities and helping senior management to develop and implement
Planning and hosting retail events throughout the calendar year
We’re looking for;
Someone who is happy to work as a team but also comfortable working independently
Willing to learn - we will train you on how to correctly fit equestrian product (e.g hats and body protectors)
An interest in the equine industry is a bonus but not essential
Prior retail experience (this does not have to be within the equine industry)
You will be great with numbers and have excellent attention to detail
You will be confident in speaking with customers and be able to deliver excellent customer service
Working hours;
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday & Sunday - 7:30am - 5:00pm
Salary depends on experience. We offer 28 days annual leave and a host of staff benefits.
