Welcome to Tom Ellis Racing, based in Rugby, Warwickshire. Founded by Tom Ellis and Gina Andrews, our yard is dedicated to nurturing equine talent and achieving racing excellence. Under their guidance, our stable has celebrated numerous victories across point-to-point and National Hunt races, with state-of-the-art facilities at our training ground in Heath Barn. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role at Tom Ellis Racing in Marton. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with exercising horses, fantastic riding ability, care of horses and good knowlege of the horse racing industry. Qualifications Excellent riding skills and horsecare Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities Passion for horse racing and equine welfare Attention to detail and strong organisarional skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and on your own Previous experience in the equestrian or racing industry is a plus
