We are looking for a Part time Riding instructor to work at our 5 star licensed Riding school on weekends. (Extra hours available if required)
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching children and enjoys working around horses. Would suit a uni student or someone seeking additional income.
Duties:
- Provide equestrian coaching and instruction to riders of all ages and skill levels
- Develop lesson plans and training programs tailored to individual rider needs
- Teach proper riding techniques, horsemanship skills, and safety practices
- Assist with horse care, including feeding, grooming, and stall maintenance
- Organise and oversee equestrian events, such as competitions
- Evaluate riders' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Taking Bookings, dealing with phone calls and general admin
- Ensure the safety and well-being of both riders and horses at all times
Skills:
- Proficient in horse care and management
- Confident in handling horses
- Be confident dealing with IT systems
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work as an individual and team
- Ideally be up to date with First aid
- Have good time keeping skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 18 per week
