Service Support Officer
Part Time - 21 hours per week (ad-hoc weekend/evening working maybe be required)

Salary: £28,000.00 per annum (FTE)

Location: Our office is based near Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, and we’re typically working from there 2-3days a week with flexibility to work remotely. You’re also welcome to work in the office more frequently.
Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week – with an early finish on a Friday! We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we’re happy to discuss.
What you’ll be doing:
Contribute to the work of teams established to address major and security incidents.
Ensure that any standard changes that impact software/licensing or hardware result in updates to the relevant register.
Undertake data gathering and analysis to support the production of informative service management metrics.
Support the augmentation or replacement of Technology How To Guides as technologies change or new needs are identified.
Input to activities to create and maintain a user-facing service catalogue and the technical catalogue that supports it.
Deputise for the Service Management Lead during absences and provide emergency cover on non-working days during such absences.

This is a great role for you if:
Have the ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues that run and attend events, ensuring their needs are understood.
Have Experience of undertaking administration Windows server and infrastructure estate, to include Active Directory, Group Policy and other server and infrastructure management tools and tasks.
Have Experience of supporting the Microsoft 365 suite of applications to include Teams, SharePoint, Office365, Exchange, and Azure.
Have Experience supporting a range of hardware along with their associated software including Laptops, Desktops and Mobile Devices, including Android and Apple phones and tablets.
