We are looking for another stable hand to join our busy Livery yard, offering all types of Livery from Traditional DIY and Full to Track Livery. This is a physically demanding job and would suit a responsible, reliable, trustworthy person, who has a passion for horses and a willingness to learn and work hard.
Previous equine yard experience is required.
Hours of work
We have 5 hours available on a Saturday this needs to be a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month or every Saturday. And 2 hours 5-7 (hours are flexible but evening) on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.
For the right person additional hours may be available but are not guaranteed.
You will be required to work 2 Saturdays per month minimum this is none negotiable so if you are not available on a Saturday please do not apply.
We are not on a bus route so you will need your own transport.
Salary
Starting salary will be up to £11.44 per hour (dependant on experience).
This job would suit a freelance member of staff and the hourly would reflect that.
There is the opportunity to increase the hourly rate on a sliding scale, after successful completion of training.
