Join us at Bransby Horses as a Supporter Relations Administrator.
The Supporter Relations Administrator is the first point of contact at the charity so will need to be able to deliver a high level of customer service to our supporters, to ensure a successful and positive supporter journey. This role is also responsible for accurately processing income and communications from our supporters in a timely manner, capturing all data onto the charity’s CRM system to enable us to maximise income from gift aid and use the data to communicate relevant information.
Applicants should have experience of accurate data inputting within an office environment, excellent customer service skills and a good level of IT skills.
For more information about this role, please see job description. This is a full time role at 37.5 hours per week, salary Grade 7a (actual £23,623 - £24,487 per annum).
