World Horse Welfare is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Snetterton, Norfolk. You will be responsible for managing recruitment advertising, candidate correspondence, and interview arrangements, as well as conducting necessary checks to ensure prospective staff have the right to work in the UK.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to engage with our staff and enhance employee communication channels while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will have a minimum of 2 days in our head office in Snetterton and a maximum of 3 days at home.
• Manage recruitment advertising, candidate correspondence, and interview arrangements.
• Conduct necessary checks to ensure prospective staff have the right to work in the UK.
• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and induction plans.
Requirements
You will have proven experience and strong organisational and communication skills with an approachable demeanour. The ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain confidentiality is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
