Warehouse/Factory Operatives

The successful candidates must be able to follow accurate procedures and instructions and really care about and take pride in their work. (no equine knowledge needed) Enthusiasm and assertiveness is essential. You must have the ability to establish a strong rapport with your colleagues Must be capable of handling various products, using factory machinery and some heavy lifting. No previous experience necessary but a great attitude and willingness to work hard and learn is essential. Full training given This is an entry level position and further opportunities are available in your area of interest as the company grows. Key Responsibilities include: (depending on department) • Processing orders - Picking and packing products • Recording all orders and completing paperwork for orders both national and exported. • Checking all orders leave the warehouse correctly • Checking and unloading and processing incoming deliveries • Assist with recording batch numbers and best before dates • General warehouse admin and cleanliness tasks including ensuring all working areas are kept clean, tidy and secure. Your Skills • Positive and professional manner • Experienced in the the warehouse environment and delivering excellent accuracy • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organisational skills, including organising own workload Omega Equine Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
