At our ARU Writtle campus, we specialise in animal, environmental, agricultural and horticultural courses, for learners aged 16 to 18, adult learners, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. About The Role Under the guidance of our Equine Resource Manager, we are looking for an individual to assist in the operation of our busy Equine Resource Department, with a specific focus on horse care and maintaining our top-class facilities. On a day-to-day basis, you will carry out all general stable duties such as mucking out, feeding, grooming and preparing horses for student learning practical sessions, along with schooling horses both under saddle and from the ground. The role will also involve maintaining fencing and grazing land using agricultural machinery and general maintenance tasks including weeding, tidying and mowing.
